RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Scents Bloom, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an exchange policy with the following terms:

  • Exchanges are permitted, but returns are not allowed.
  • Any fragrance can be exchanged if it does not meet your expectations.
  • The fragrance must be at least 90% full to be eligible for exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for paying delivery charges for the exchange order.
  • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Tester boxes and 10ml bottles are not eligible for exchange.
  • In cases of damage, leakage, or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of delivery charges for the exchange.
